Chris Kyle, Founder & CEO

Chris is a teacher, author, business coach and eLearning expert committed to helping coaches, authors, teachers, speakers and organizations create transformative online learning programs and engaged global learning communities that unite, inspire and transform people. 

Chris is the founder and lead teacher of Launch Academy, and has guided the online launches of notable best-selling authors and teachers including: Neale Donald Walsch, Jean Houston, Arielle Ford, Terry Patten, Robert Augustus Masters, Dr. Cindy McGovern, Bruce Clay, Linda Fitch and others.

He has coached mission-driven organizations such as San Francisco Zen Center, Google’s Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Thrive Academy, Meridian University, The ManKind Project, Personal Life Media, and Evolving Wisdom. 

Chris walks-his-talk by developing and teaching his own public online learning programs in the areas of purpose and online entrepreneurship. He created and hosted The Power of Purpose Summit, which drew over 14,000 participants from 85 countries around the world; and The Man On Purpose 7-week online course with participants from 18 countries; and the Conscious Men Summit with Dr. John Gray and Arjuna Ardagh. 

Chris’ flagship training program, Launch Academy, helps individuals and organizations to build their online learning platform and launch successful online courses to a global community of learners.

His clients and students have generated over $5.5 million dollars in revenue from their online courses and programs. And he’s a co-author of the #1 bestselling book, Internet Marketing Secrets.

Chris graduated from Stanford University where he studied Political Science and Economics, and has a Masters from Prescott College in Nature-Based Leadership.

Joshua Gribschaw-Beck, Lead Coach

Joshua is our Lead Coach for Launch Academy and for many of our 1-1 coaching clients. He joined our team in 2019 and has held several roles in the company including VP of Operations. He has deep knowledge of the online course creation and launch process that we teach in Launch Academy, and brings creative insights to our students and clients . He has served as Launch Manager for a number of our clients, and guided many course launches from A to Z. He brings deep project management experience to the table, Joshua is also a Beliefs Transformation specialist and the founder of Thrive Alive Coaching that supports people in getting their message out into the world.

Rosane Pires, Program Manager

Rosane is our Program Manager and handles all of the logistics for our offerings as well as supporting all our students and clients. She brings years of customer service and project management experience, and is an expert in Kajabi, our partner tech platform. She directly supports many of our clients with course launch services and business logistics. She also is passionate about growing cacao and making chocolate in her own small chocolate factory in Colombia.

Lisa Manyon, Copywriting Expert and Coach

Lisa is a copywriting expert and Launch Academy’s copywriting coach. She is a business marketing architect who pioneered the values-based 3-step "Challenge. Solution. Invitation.™" communication framework to create marketing messages with integrity, focusing on Passion points. Her philosophies have been featured in Inc. Magazine and multiple #1 international bestselling books. Lisa offers coaching, consulting, and copywriting services that focus on long-term business sustainability.

Michelle Castillo, Technology Manager

Michelle is our tech guru. She is the founder of Bigger Impact Digital Growth Systems and has 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. She has a Master's in Engineering and has lived and worked in Japan, Europe, and North America, where she has provided complex, million-dollar software development solutions to companies such as Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, BMW, Dell, and GM. Michelle's international experience has led to a deep understanding of how to uncover varying client needs. This, together with her knowledge of todayʼs web technologies, gives Michelle the ability to provide clients with the best possible online business solutions.
